To better serve our members and mission, FLAEYC is updating its Bylaws and Governance Policies. These proposed revisions reflect national best practices in nonprofit leadership, clarify board roles, enhance member rights, and align our governing documents with how we actually operate today.
We invite all members to learn more, participate in the voting process, and help shape FLAEYC’s next chapter.

October 1–30, 2025 – Online Voting Period
November 2025 – Results Announced
January 2026 – Bylaws Take Effect with Board Transitions
