I am passionate about the relationships I build in my job and my personal life. Those relationships are based on clear communication, trust and respect.

As an Early Childhood Professional, I take my skills and my knowledge outside the walls of the school. I believe that my responsibility as an educator includes learning from different perspectives and ideas. This can only happen if my support to children, families and professionals comes from knowledge and practice acquired within my organization and through the relationships with people in my line of work, other professional environments and community members.

My goal as a member of the FLAEYC Board of directors has always been to continue growing and developing skills that will enable me to build relationships, learn best practices and continue providing children, families and education professionals with relevant information that will support them and inspire them to thrive.
